The area which I'm sure you'll research is really well connected (zone  station Camden Town, 11 minutes walk), Kentish town west is within 3 minutes, Chalk Farm 7 minutes.
As a landlord I live at a distance, so my priority is having people in the flat that just let me know if anything needs fixing etc. and are hopefully wanting to stay for a while. Most other things are negotiable.

You would pay the council tax and any other bills.
