Welcome to our one-bedroom flat in the beautiful conservation area around Columbia Road, home to the famous historic flower market held every Sunday, and right next to Jesus Green park. Its less than 10 mins walk from Shoreditch and Broadway Market, with a loads of great restaurants nearby, favorites including Brawn and Campania and the Royal Oak pub along Columbia Road.




The space

The spacious flat is on the first floor of a beautiful converted pub with extra high ceilings and loads of light. Being part of the flower market community, the flat is filled with gorgeous plants with a lush tropical feel. The elegant charming interior includes a range of antique and contemporary furniture and art, with a mixture of wooden floors, rugs and carpets.

The large, bright living room has a double height ceiling and large windows with a dining table for up to 4 guests, connected to the open fully equipped kitchen. There is a separate quiet cosy sitting room with a big comfortable sofa, chairs and a library of books for your reading pleasure, with a TV if needed.

The main bedroom has a large double bed, ample closet and drawer space with antique furniture and lamps for a soft cosy feel. Its set back from the street with a skylight for daylight, for maximum privacy and a peaceful nights sleep. The large light filled, stylish and spacious bathroom is an oasis of relaxation, with a large bathtub, a separate shower, fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries. Also lots of plants !

Rest assured, the flat will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for your stay.




Guest access
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.




Other things to note

I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.

For stays over 1 week, we would need access to water the plants to keep them fresh and healthy, which we can coordinate with the additional cleaning visits or separately and will arrange timing with you on arrival.

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.

Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!

Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.

Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorised late check-out will be charged at £50 per hour.

Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in. If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged £100.

Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
