The property is an end of terrace house with a good size garden, 2 bedrooms (one double, one single bed) plus a teeny-tiny box room furnished as home office.
I will leave the furniture, fully equipped, tv etc. 
There is an allocated parking space for one car.
Interested in professionals, couples or parents with one child, no pets, no smokers.
