Room in a Shared House, Butler's Place, EH54

Hello, we are a couple with a large furnished double room spare that we are looking to rent out. We have pet ferrets but these live outdoors so if you don't like them then no worries!

Me and my partner both work from home so if you also WFH then please do expect some noise while you are working. (We wont be partying or anything, just may have the TV on, may hear us chatting etc)
The property is 18 minutes walk to Livingston North train station (4 mins drive), 30 minutes walk to the Designer Outlet and shopping centre (6 mins drive) there is a Co-op and icecream shop round the corner 5 mins walk.

From Livingston North you can get regular trains to Edinburgh Waverly taking approx 20 minutes.

You will have sole access to one bedroom, and will share the kitchen/dining space, garden, W/C and bathroom.

In the room there is ample storage, there is a built in cupboard/wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side table, 2 under-bed storage drawers, a desk with cupboard space and drawer and a 2-tier shelf. There is also a full body length mirror in the room, and some coat/towel hooks.

We are looking for someone who is tidy, friendly and will be respectful of our home. A one months deposit is required and we will provide a lodger agreement (it is just a standard one to protect both parties, of course you can read this in full during the viewing if you wish)
