Near to  buses , shops , cafes, library, parks, Childwall School on Queens Drive, Liverpool Hope University, Lyme TV Studios,

Buses to the city centre 4 miles  and South to Widnes and Warrington. The M62 is less than 1 mile away.

There is a lounge but tenants can provide their own TV in their rooms and will select and pay for the Internet connection of their choice or share with the existing tenant. TV licence for the whole house is included in the rent.
