I have a double room up for rent by Brunswick station.
The house has a private drive (for 2 cars), 2 living rooms, 2 toilets and a shared main bathroom. You'd be living with me and on a Sunday/Monday my partner will be home (he's currently on tour with a musical). The garden stretches all the way around the house too and it gets sun allllll day!
The 2nd living room will be the conservatory however, we've only just renovated the rest of the house and this is the last room to do! So pretty pics pending...
I'm an actor and I also have a social media business. I love anything outdoorsy or fitness related. I have OCD, so whoever I live with must be tidy as I like everything to have a home lol. I've always shared houses with females and enjoyed cooking together and a night in, but I'm always up for going to gigs/events and I'd try anything new 👋 I'm really looking to live with someone who I can become great friends with and for this to become your home too!
The room is furnished, but if you have your own furniture I'm happy to take the wardrobe and drawers out for you.
The rent includes all bills except from gas & elec (works out at around £55 each). Bills which are included : council tax, water, tv license & WiFi.
Brunswick station : 3 min walk
Liverpool docks : 20 min walk
Pure Gym : 4 min walk
