Looking for someone to rent a double room for £645pcm (full time) in a spacious top floor apartment (OR looking for someone working in Liverpool that wants the room Monday to Friday only £425pcm). The room is for one person - no couples or friends sharing.
THE ROOM:
A lovely, large double room in a penthouse with Liver Bird/clock view. The room is very quiet, light and bright with double bed, wardrobe, shelves and bedside dressers. Carpeted & with rug. You have your own private (large) bathroom, accessed off the hall, with a bath & overhead shower, sink & toilet.
THE FLAT:
The apartment is light & modern with a large kitchen/living area, with big windows, nice view and good sized private balcony (I look after over 100 plants throughout the flat). There's a sofa, easy chairs and dining table. I have TV, Netflix & very high speed broadband. It's fully furnished with everything you need. There's a washing machine, microwave/oven/grill, hob, fridge & freezer. No dishwasher.
The location is the office district of Liverpool City Centre, over-looking a pedestrianised square - 5 minutes walk to supermarket/Moorfields train station/gym, 10 minutes to the waterfront & Liverpool ONE/main shopping, 15 minutes to Lime Street. Loads of bars & restaurants. The room doesn't come with parking but plenty of options nearby.
THE DEAL:
The rent is to be paid monthly in advance by standing order, plus a 1 month deposit - monthly rent inclusive of all bills:
- FULL TIME - £645
- MONDAY-FRIDAY ONLY (4 nights per week) - £425 pcm
WHO YOU SHARE WITH:
I live in the apartment with my dog - you don't need to love dogs, but you do have to share the communal areas with the dog (and me!) I'm in my 40s and I run my own business, usually working from home. I'm respectful, friendly, rarely out late, pretty easy going, open to sharing cooking/meals sometimes and the odd beer.
