The outside utility room holds the washing machine and tumble dryer. A comfortable shared lounge has double doors onto the yard and two sofas. The upstairs bathroom has a bath with overhead shower, washbasin and toilet. Superfast Virgin Media WIFI is included and already installed. All bills included.
Furniture removal can be arranged if tenant has their own bed etc.

South Liverpool is a great area to live in with Calderstones Park nearby and easy access out of the city to the M62 and M56, and around its perimeter, via Queens Drive. It is also handy for the airport, with regular buses going there and to the Speke retail park and cinema complex.Parking is available on the street. Landlord support is nearby. Cleaning of shared areas can be provided.
