INCLUSIVE OF RENT,  COUNCIL TAX, WATER, GAS  CENTRAL HEATING , ELECTRICITY, THE RENT  IS £600 per MONTH.. It is a twenty minutes bus ride to the city and a mile from the M62 exit.  Car Parking is free on the road 
There is no deposit but in going costs for UK residents will two months advance rent £1200. .Self employed and non UK citizens may  be required to pay an additional deposit and rent in advance depending on status.

West Derby Village is a short walk away with shops and public transport in all directions.. Regretfully , although we love animals and children we do not consider them suitable for this particular accommodation.
