The road that this house is in is largely residential family homes, so quiet and attractive outlook, not much traffic comes down it, and the area is secure, it’s about a 5 minute walk to Waterloo Rail Station with a 20 minute train into Liverpool centre, or 30 into Southpoty (shortly on the new Merseyrail trains..). It’s approximately 3 minute walk to a bus stop again serving all merseyside locations. There’s a large number of restaurants and public houses with a 5/10 minute walk. Access to open grassland and the beach and Marina Lake is less than 5 minutes.
The Flat
