For the rest of the house, on the ground floor, there is a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a conservatory and a toilet. On the first floor there is a third bedroom and a family bathroom. There is also a study in the attic with additional storage space.

I am the live-in landlord but I only live in the house one day a week for most of the year. So essentially you will have the entire house to yourself most of the time. The house is conveniently located close to Littleover village which has got supermarkets, shops, post office, butcher, restaurants etc.

Rental price:
For single person renting one room: £550 per calendar month for rent, plus £290 for bill contribution.
For couple renting one room: £775 per calendar month for rent, plus £425 for bill contribution.
For couple of family renting two rooms: £850 per calendar month for rent, plus £425 for bill contribution.

The bill contribution covers council tax, water, gas and electricity bills. Broadband internet can be set up and payable by tenant.

Deposit is one month's rent (£550, £775 or £850 as above).
