We are looking for a considerate professional single person without children or pets. It may be small for a couple. The cottage will be definitely too small for a family.  The use of the grounds are complementary including the use of the all year round tennis court and the open unheated pool in the summer. The monthly rent is £1190 pcm . 
Council tax is the lowest - band A and EPC ( listed building ) - C. 
There will be a proper contract with referencing , 6 months min stay and we require 1 month deposit .

We can consider a shorter term tenancies with min 3 months stay but at a higher monthly rent ( tbc) .
