We regret that due to the nature of the building, this particular apartment is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or prams, as there is no lift. The apartment is located in an area with only three other apartments on a quiet corridor. 

There are strict rules in the Heritage complex regarding smoking, noise/ parties / loud gatherings, due to the multi occupancy aspect of the site. Please be mindful of this when deciding if the property is for you. No pets are permitted due to the investment on the furnishings.
