The space…

We have a 2-bed flat available in Letchworth. The space is made up of a double bedroom, open plan living room and kitchen, and bathroom. Large windows offer plenty of natural light throughout the day.

• £380pcm per person for two people sharing (couples welcome), or £585pcm for a sole occupant
• Listed fees include council tax and exclude utilities
• Located in the heart of town
• Two minutes from the station where you can get to central London in 45 minutes
• Five minutes from the city centre with a wide range of shops, restaurants and leisure activities
• Unfurnished, oven and fridge provided

Eligibility criteria

To become a Dot Dot Dot guardian, you must:

• Be happy to volunteer 16 hours of your time each month to a charitable cause you care about

• Be open-minded, flexible, reliable, creative and resourceful

• Be over 18, not living with children or pets

• Demonstrate an annual income or savings of 30x the monthly licence fee.

• Evidence your right to rent in the UK

• Provide a solid move on plan for when you are given 28 days’ notice to leave the property
