Double Room and House Share - Leighton Buzzard

Large, furnished double room available in house share with live-in landlord and one other tenant - Bills included in monthly rent.

Room has a double bed, chest of drawers & desk for WFH benefits.

Access to communal areas include the living room and dining area, kitchen garden & the garage (soon to be home gym!)

This room shares the main bathroom on first floor with the second tenant. There is a second lavatory downstairs off the main entrance hallway.

We have room for two cars on the driveway and a space on the road out front. The house is a 20 minute walk from the centre of town, and 10 minute walk to the local shop.

The atmosphere is really social and chilled out, and we have utmost respect for general housekeeping, tidiness, and personal space to ensure there’s never a reason for a gripe!

I work from home the majority of the week and each occupant currently utilise our rooms for focused workspace and down time, but will often chill out after work watching tv/movies, listening to music and grabbing a takeaway when neither can be bothered to cook!
