Room in a Shared House, Broad Street, ST13

About me: I’m Cat, pictured is my little doggie Moira. Recently moved to Leek, originally my from California, I work in Social Media & Communications. I enjoy baking, a nice glass of wine and walks in the Peak District.  I keep a tidy house, and work Monday - Friday.  I tend to stay at my boyfriends’s house part of the week, and he stays sometimes, so you will have the place to yourself a few days of the week, but there will be another person around sometimes, although I'm normally at his. He also has a very very sweet and loving dog named Koko. I’m chatty and friendly, but also appreciate the need for personal space.  

About The House: Shared lounge, kitchen & bathroom. Plus garden (patio). Triple glazing, so nice and cosy.  Top floor double bedroom, comes with a big wardrobe and space for a small desk or chair. Brand new memory foam & spring mattress (very expensive, so it better be good),  South facing window with views over the garden. The top floor consists of 2 rooms, the double bedroom & a small single room. I’m happy to have shared use of the single room as a guest room, or it can be exclusively yours for an additional £150 per month. Meaning you would have the entire 3rd floor. The lounge has a fireplace (not functional at present, but I’m hoping to change that at some point), a 40 inch TV and a fold away dining table. The kitchen has a good size fridge/Freezer, microwave and a washing machine (not a dryer). 

The Location: round the corner from Spout and the market square. Or 12 minute walk from Brough Park. Morrisons is a 2 minute drive (10 minute walk) away, and a variety of pubs within a 5 minute stroll. Parking is not included, but there is street parking nearby.  The house has triple glazing, so you don't really hear the traffic or sounds of the town despite being so close to everything. 

Pets: I have little Moira (see pics) she is very loving and a big character once she gets to know you, but she is not good with people she doesn’t know.  She loves (and often demands) belly rubs and will try cuddle with you whenever possible. She is really small but with lots of personality. 

If you want to have a small or medium size pet, we will need to do an introduction of the animals to ensure that they get along.
