Also the main bus route is just 1 minute walk around the corner on Middleton road. The M62, M1 and M621 motorways are also on the doorstep for commuting! Ample off street parking. Large fully equipped kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer. Shared living room conservatory area. Separate toilet and bathroom with shower. Paved and decked rear garden, which is private and fenced with lockable gate.
All bills Are included, (gas, electric, council tax, water rates, TV licence and Fast fibre virgin unlimited business broadband 350mb!) Fortnightly cleaner every other Tuesday.
The current house mates are female professionals and work full time, they are very friendly and respectful. This is a none smoking house, but smoking is permitted in the gardens.
