Room in a Shared House, Atlanta Street, LS13

Double bedroom is available to female (preferably student) in a fresh, tidy and quiet house. There is an office space allocated in a dedicated office room shared with one more person, as shown in a photo. I am looking forward to building a small pool of friends here, not just flatmates (don’t worry, introverts are welcome :)

This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE but rather a safehouse where you can focus on your studies, relax and enjoy your free time. I will welcome ambitious, hard-working students willing to join, and I will support your efforts using my engineering, photography and DIY skills. I am a PhD student in an area of Mechanical Engineering focused on fabrication of medical micro-robots.

Please respond with a short statement-letter outlining your academic and personal achievements, as well as your hobbies and interests - this is very important to me and will be the main criteria for candidate selection.

I'm not very experienced in house-sharing at this place, so there may be some things missing (which I will attempt to sort out within the first month).

Your BEDROOM has some brand new furniture and decorated in neutral colours. OFFICE space comes with
plenty of storage and work space. Semi-private LIVING ROOM provides a standard set of entertainment equipment and some extras for music enthusiasts. It may have occasional access restrictions and operates “Quiet” policy at night (because of another adjacent bedroom). KITCHEN has all the usual stuff and some extra equipment, like a multi-cooker and Nespresso machine. Half of a large fridge will be in your possession along with one wall and one base cabinets. Washing and drying machines are located in a DINING room. There is access to a small BACKYARD. There will be three BEDROOMS in this house in total, one person each. Lodger will share BATHROOM with another female lodger. 

There is plenty of on-street parking around.
