Room in a Shared Flat, Leeds, LS11

A little introduction, my name is Claire. I am looking for a lodger for the spare room. My apartment is on the 25th floor and has some incredible views over Leeds city centre. The room has its own bathroom too!

Ideally I want someone to move into the flat who I can actually get on with, and someone who has some consideration. I have much love for photography, yoga, and hiking. I'm really easy going, relaxed and I do like exploring the alternative side to Leeds, and venturing to the countryside. I prefer quiet nights in, and cooking. I love creativity, reading and yoga.

Ok, so a little about the flat.

There are 2 bedrooms, and the room that I am renting out has an ensuite. Not to mention the panoramic views over Leeds. It is on the 25th floor so pretty high up. There is a kitchen, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Pretty much everything to be able to easily move into. The building itself has 24/7 concierge service, it is really nice and secure.

It is situated within 5 minutes walk of Leeds City Centre, and minutes away from the train station. With Tesco Express, Starbucks and other amenities on site.
