The property boasts 2 double bedrooms, open plan kitchen and living space and is fully furnished including, electric cooker and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, a large fridge freezer, crockery, glasses, utensils, linen, bath sheet towels hand towels and everything you will need to make you feel at home.

We do not accept any pets at the property, neither smoking, vaping or drug taking is not permitted.

The property is suitable for professionals or anyone in between house move.

This property is not suitable for young children and students.

You will be required to pay in addition to the monthly rent, a weekly cleaning fee of £86.00 per clean for each week in order for our property to keep to a clean standard. We will also require an additional payment of £120.00 on check your out date to carry out a deep clean of the property.

Cleaning is carried out by our professional cleaners.

You will be required to sign our terms and conditions upon making a confirmed booking and pay a damage holding deposit fee of £250.00 which is refundable should there be no damages or items taken from the property.

You will also be required to submit through our online system a photo ID of each person such as a valid passport.
