Located 15 mins from Seamer and Driffield train stations which have free parking the Train Stations, which provides access to, York, Scarborough and Leeds and within easy access of the A1/M1 for those who need to travel via car No matter your reason for visiting the area, whether, for business, pleasure or simply those between house moves, this beautiful holiday home has everything you will need.  

This large cottage offers accommodation for up to 8 guests with a separate sitting room, dining room and study. There is a private walled garden to the rear, offering guests a secluded sanctuary to relax in the sun. There is a well-equipped kitchen, with an electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. For young ones, there is a WII U console with a selection of games and a Tv's in all rooms with amazon fire sticks and there is also free super fast WIFI provided by the host. Everything you need for an enjoyable stay.. There is also parking for two cars at the front of the house.

There is also CCTV to the front of the property giving corporate guests and contractors peace of mind.

Cleaners will be in to change linen once a fortnight and this is included in the cost of your stay
