Hi there my wife and I are looking to rent a room in our house in Lane End.

We live in a quiet cul-de-sac in a rural location with plenty of parking and garden space.

We are a professional couple who work full time, enjoy exercise, eating well (when possible :) and appreciate being able to come home after a busy day to a clean and comfortable home.

We would love to share our home with someone who appreciates these qualities.

The room would suit a professional, tidy and considerate individual who is not only looking for a room to rent but also a place to call home.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen/diner, a family bathroom, a separate WC, parking and lots of garden space.

As we are live in landlords we will take care of cleaning duties for the house, the only space for you to keep tidy would be your own room.

We would also ask for a £5 per month contribution to go towards house hold consumable items such as toilet roll and washing up liquid.

We keep the house reasonably quite between the hours of 10pm and 7am.
