Room in a Shared Flat, South Street, BN15

Large double bedroom available in large 2 bedroom, ground floor flat with garden and parking available. The room has loads of storage space but comes unfurnished.

The property is ideally located 1 minute from Lancing beach and just 5 minutes from Lancing Station. I am already living in the flat but I ideally need someone to move in at the end of March. You would be officially registered on the tenancy, so references and deposit will be needed.

I'm 38, I work full time during the week(2 days in London), looking for someone who's keen to socialise on occasions. However, I'm not looking for any party animals. Of course fine to have people over etc, I'll be doing the same sometimes, enjoy the garden in the summer.

I have a 3 year old daughter who will be visiting Lancing one weekend a month, so 12 weekends across the year. She's also likely to visit during school holidays once she starts school. I also have a 4 year old Chihuahua called Pepe.
