This second floor two-bedroom shared flat is set within an imposing Victorian mansion (built 1860). One bedroom is available to rent on a shared living basis. The house was converted into flats 30 years ago, but we have recently completed a full eco-refurbishment of this flat.

The location could not be better: set back from the road, but literally 1 minute from the railway station, with the city centre just a little further.

Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with the available bedroom 2 having two large Velux windows leting in plenty of light, Bedroom 2 is which is a large double, around 14m2 in floor area excluding the en-suite.
