This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom apartment complete with all kitchen equipment, linen and towels. All you need is your clothing. The apartment is two bedroom with a super king bed in one bedroom and two king single beds in the other, all with generous bedding. Both bedrooms have a hand basin in them and large built in wardrobes. There is a full kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer for laundry. The bathroom has a shower, bath, toilet and hand basin. There is a small living room with chairs and coffee table with a large TV complete with netflix and sky channels. The monthly rent includes electricity, heating, broadband (Netflix and Sky) and council tax. The apartment is on the second floor of our house and you will use the main front entrance hallway to the stairs up to your apartment. We live (husband and I) in a separate area of the house through doors off the main hallway prior to the entrance to your apartment. There is a regular bus to Dundee and many beautiful walks around Kirriemuir. The house is a five minute walk to the bus in the centre of town which also has supermarkets, pubs, coffee shops and other boutique stores.

The Elms is a beautiful Edwardian house build in 1904. It sits on one acre of grounds/gardens to which you will have full access. 

You will also have exclusive use of a large living room with lounge and dining furniture and an open fireplace. This room is also centrally heated
