Room in a Shared Flat, Church Road Kingston, KT1

The flat is located in Kingston, in a really great position, 10 mins walk from both train station Kingston and Norbiton. Trains to central London run every 10 mins and it only takes 25 mins journey. There are lots of buses that allow you to go to Richmond, Twickenham and all the nearby places. There is also a night bus (K3) which goes from Piccadilly Circus to Kingston. There furthest train station is Surbiton, 25 mins walk from the flat.
The area is very nice, only 5 mins walk to the river and the town centre where there are lots of restaurants, pubs and all sorts of amenities. 2 mins walk from the flat there is a big ASDA, whereas in the town centre there is Waitrose, John Lewis, and other big companies.
The flat has got one bathroom, two double bedrooms, a nice living room, which I'm going to put furniture in soon, as I have just moved in at the beginning of the year. Your double bedroom has a new mattress, and a new wardrobe, with a new desk which I will be going to assemble soon.
I am a teacher, so I am out most part of the day. Potentially I would like to find a professional person with whom to live, sharing the flat, respecting each other. I am very easy going, and friendly, I love cooking (I'm Italian by the way) I wouldn't mind cooking for you as well if I have time. I love a nice chat in the evening, someone nice and easy to get on with, who won't just be a presence in the house, someone friendly and easygoing as well. You can be a smoker, I don't mind, as long as you don't smoke in the flat. But you need to be tidy and clean.
