This beautiful 4 bed detached house borders a woodland and so it is very private and quiet except for bird songs. It has been fully furnished to the highest standards as you will see from the pictures.  It has  cooking and laundry facilities, furnished living area and private bedrooms,  spacious kitchen diner, large garden, ample parking, comfortable lounge with television and wi-fi, bed linen and towels. It has 5 beds two of which are double beds and the other three are single beds. It also has two sofa beds in the living room.

It is available for short lets only. This means minimum two days and maximum 2 months. So it would be ideal if you are 1) relocating to King's Lynn and need somewhere to explore where to buy or rent full time, 2) on holiday and want to explore Norfolk with all its beautiful beaches and tourist attractions; 3) are working in Norfolk e.g. at Queen Elizabeth Hospital and need short let accommodation.  The house is professionally cleaned every changeover between guests or every week for longer stays. The linen and towels are also changed. Please check with the landlord for availability and discuss pricing if the stay is going to exceed one week.
