This cottage has been my home for three years and was fully refurbished to a high standard by me after I bought it. It has many features including a log burner, new water tank/air source heating system, LVT flooring throughout the downstairs, meaning it's dog friendly. So a well behaved dog is not an issue.

Both bathrooms (full downstairs and toilet upstairs) are new as is the fully fitted kitchen. The bathroom has a small roll top bath and shower over it. The kitchen has a induction cooker fitted, other appliances may be available. The cottage has three bedrooms, one downstairs, currently used as an office and two upstairs. One double and two single.

The cottage has a traditional cottage garden to the front which is full of flowers all summer long, with a scented rose climbing along side the door and a scented Wisteria across the front. To the rear there are two small back gardens, also accessed from the rear. The first has a paving arena and small lawn and again is full of flowers all summer long. The second garden has a pagoda and seating area, with - you guessed it flowers all summer long.

Parking is outside the cottage, but it's not private or off road.
