The area


Silsden is in the Aire Valley, between Keighley & Skipton on the Leeds/ Liverpool canal. There is a train station nearby in Steeton with trains to Skipton, Leeds and Bradford.

The room is located in a semi-detached family home on a quiet, residential street, it is just a 15 minute walk away from the train station, and 5-10 minutes to a number of bars and restaurants. It also has a handy corner shop at the end of the road, and a number of cosy local pubs. Silsden has a Co-op and Aldi. In addition there are a number of hairdresser and barbers, nail bar, Post Office in one of 2 newsagents, hardware store as well as a couple of fast food take aways (Chinese, Indian and Italian).

The accommodation


Ground floor room to rent, with access to shared main kitchen. Own bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. Access to shared garden. When I am not travelling with work I work at home most of the time. My daughters stay regularly so you will need to be mindful of the privacy of the family. You will need to be respectful that this is our home and clean up after using any of the shared areas.

The room will be furnished with single bed, bed side table with reading lamp, chest of drawers and free standing wardrobe in time for the earliest move in date.
