Large double bedroom en-suite which is the whole of the loft space becoming available in June in a shared house one minute’s walk from Osterley Tube Station (on the Piccadilly Line). Only looking for single occupancy for the room, £1200pcm, with all bills included.

The bedroom will come furnished (since current tenant wishes to leave his bed and wardrobe behind). The living and dining room have been furnished as can been seen in the pictures.

There is a large shared living room and a separate open-plan kitchen/dining room. The house is very big and you’ll have no problem finding your own space. All bills included along with super fast Virgin broadband (350 Mbps).

The house has only been recently renovated to a very high spec. have installed new flooring, under-floor heating, roofing, plumbing, kitchen, bathrooms, windows, electrics, air source heat pump, solar panels, Tesla Powerwall, internal and external insulation etc. The house is mostly self-sufficient with solar power during the summer months.

There is also parking available for up to three cars in the drive at the front of the house. Currently there are two cars using the front drive. There is also a weekly cleaner (included in the rent) to look after the communal areas.
