Room in a Shared Flat, Hepple Close, TW7

I am looking for a new flatmate for my spare in room in my flat. I also live here and the flat and room is in very good condition. Room is available from 29th April

The flat is warm and cosy and on a quiet cul de sac. I am right next door to the West Middlesex Hospital so would be perfect for anyone working there.

All amenities included including superfast broadband, data points are available in the room and the flat also has wifi.

The room is furnished and benefits from a good quality double bed with mattress and a walk in wardrobe with plenty of storage.

Includes shared use of lounge, bathroom and kitchen with plenty of space for your stuff

I am gay and you must be OK with this. You must be a non-smoker and not a drug user. A quieter person is preferred but I am more than happy being social but I do go to bed early during the week (10pm). If you share any of my hobbies that is great, I have a Nintendo Switch in the lounge.

The flat is 10 mins walk from Syon Lane Station which goes to Waterloo 4 times an hour during the week in 35 minutes

Easy access by bus to Richmond, Hounslow and Boston Manor for the Piccadilly, District and TFL Overground lines.
