Room in a Shared Flat, Athena Halls, IP3

Looking for someone to replace me at Athena hall, student residence as I am withdrawing from the University of Suffolk.

The rent is £143.52 per week, all bills included. The room is silver room type with an ensuite bathroom. The rent is £574 per month, not sure why the website automatically calculates it as something different- so please ignore the rent per month on the listing 

Looking for someone to move in ASAP, and the room is ready to move into from the 11th March. The rent price will begin from the week you move in and the contract ends on the 27th July, however you can extend it if you like with the accommodation team.

There are currently three other flatmates - all share the same kitchen. They are clean and tidy and will prefer a flatmate who is also clean.

Please note this is based in Ipswich and is for students at the university of Suffolk. The accommodation  is a 2 minute walk away from the university and is right next to the docks.
