This room has a double cupboard on the side, a chair, and a single bed; the pictures do not cover everything. Also, a new mattress will be put in when the new tenant is ready to move because of hygienic purposes. I put in a new bed after getting the new tenant's deposit. Without viewing the room, you cannot know the size of the room.
This room is ideal for full-time female students or working women. Only one person is allowed to apply for this space. The room has essential furniture and is conveniently located near local shops, parks, libraries, and leisure centres. Various universities and colleges are also in the vicinity. You’ll have access to the best transport facilities, including a tube, underground, c2c, and bus.
Additionally, free speed WIFI is available to access. During the visit, please bring your ID (students must bring their university ID card, or working people must bring your passport). It's a family, quiet place for professionals to welcome. Strictly, no smokers or other drug and alcohol users.
