Lovely cosy home, nice living area, dining room and kitchen. Based on a main road, with 2 shops facing so very handy! Parking space outside the property. Perfect for a student just wanting somewhere to sleep, eat and shower.
The house has everything you need, I stay at home part time as I work nights so 3/4 nights a week you will have the place to yourself. I do have a dog though but he stays with family when I am not there. He’s very friendly and wouldn’t hurt a fly. But if you don’t like dogs I would not advise staying here.  There is a lovely garden also with patio furniture and a bar area so in the summer you can relax outside privately. Single room only to rent, no couples or children.
