We are 2 graduates looking for 1 other to rent a lovely large En-suite double bedroom on Park Avenue within the very popular Avenues with all bills included. The 4th bedroom is spare for friends staying the odd night and storage.

Currently in the process of redecorating the room with new carpet & painting walls etc. It will be ready by 1st September definitely.

This large property has a separate garage for bikes, storage, some weights etc, private parking, front and back garden areas with a BBQ, seating etc which is great for entertaining in the summer.

Current tenants are 24 and 22 years old, regularly out exercising, having dinner with friends or going out for drinks, in a house easily big enough for 4-5 people. If you are a trustworthy, outgoing character, looking to live in a safe, tidy, and very well located property then this might just be for you.

Past tenants have worked at Chemical Company’s nearby, with it being a great setup and location for employees as the likes of Smith and Nephew, BP, Siemens, Reckitt Benckiser etc, the hospital which is around 5 minute’s drive away or easily within cycle distance, with the University even closer.

To add to the ‘available extra’s’ the house consists of above, included are all the following extra’s you would expect from a great ‘Young-Professionals’ rental: 50” TV, WiFi, large dining table to entertaining, fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans provided, large en suite bedroom with wardrobe, drawers etc. A BBQ, garden chair set and all bills included under the agreed rental price.
