We are situated in the heart of the city centre's old town surrounded by local pubs, restaurants, cocktail bars and having the local market and Humber Street providing local foods, goods and much more, you have everything you need on your door step. We are in walking distance from all major retailers such as Marks & Spencer and Primark. We are central location for travel around the city, we are only a 15 minute bus ride away from the university.

We want to make all our tenants feel safe and secure at our accommodation so all door are fob system only and the site has CCTV running 24 hours 7 days a week.

Our accommodation has a lot to offer behind closed doors with a fully equipped gym, games room, cinema room, Tv room and a meeting/ study room for all our tenants to use during their tenancy with us.

House One is the smallest of our four accommodation houses. The building has been divided into three student flats that each house four bedrooms, with some differences in the type of room. House One contains a mix of Deluxe, Studio and Mez Deluxe rooms, offering options for both students who enjoy a shared living space and those who value their privacy.. With communal kitchens, living spaces and shared bathrooms for Deluxe and Mez Deluxe rooms, you'll be able to spend plenty of time with your flatmates. Meanwhile, the independence offered by our Studio rooms is ideal for those who need some extra privacy during their more intensive study periods.

A Deluxe En-suite Room is £86.54 Per Week all bills included.

Each En-suite room is fully furnished with a double bed, study area, wardrobe and a 32-inch TV, as well as an en suite bathroom. The communal kitchen provides an oven and hobs, fridge and freezer, kettle and microwave. There is also an open plan living room, complete with comfortable sofas, another TV and a large dining table and chairs that makes these areas ideal for eating and socialising at the same time.
A Mez-Deluxe En-suite Room is £91.35 Per Week all bills included. 
Each Mez Deluxe room is fully furnished and features a double bed, study area, a 32-inch TV, wardrobe as well as free internet access. The heating in each room can be controlled individually, as well as being able to adjust the temperature in communal areas.
