Our modern studio apartments come with everything you need, fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, double bed, Wi-Fi and study desk. Our studio apartments also come with a breakfast bar and stools, plus plenty of storage. The luxury bathrooms come with large, illuminated mirrors, vanity units for plenty of storage, and are finished to the highest standards, with quality tiling throughout. Each studio has its own fantastic kitchen with an abundance of storage, fully equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave oven and dual ring electric hob. Our studios come with comfortable and spacious double beds for a sound night sleep every time. As well as a dedicated study desk with the option of optical fibre 5G connection (Wi-Fi & Ethernet).

The safety and well-being of the students is of upmost importance; therefore, each unit is fitted with an intercom system. CCTV has been fitted throughout internal corridors and the external space, alongside a secure access system for entry into the building.

The laundry room has washing machines and tumble dryers and is completely free to use for our tenants.
Our wonderful, semi self-sufficient building has been developed using recycled materials, and provides its own source of green energy using solar panels. Outside there is a seating area, smoking shelter and planting beds which add a touch of green to the accommodation.
