The house is clean and tidy and the room is a furnished large double room.

I am outgoing and sociable, but keep a quiet house and am looking for someone who is responsible and self-sufficient. I currently have no pets of my own, but I sometimes have those of friends staying here.

We are close to the tram, buses and M1, and less than 5 minutes' walk to the High Street for local shops, bars, restaurants and cafes.Here you will find most High Street banks, the Post Office, chemists, DIY stores, health food, greengrocers, butchers, bakers, pet supply and clothes shops as well as general stores such as Wilko's and grocery stores. There is also a large Tesco store and Argos, with Iceland, the Co-Op and Aldi nearby.

The local church, only 4 minutes away, is famous as the final resting place of Lord Byron and his ancestral home, Newstead Abbey is a short drive away. There are many more landmarks of local and national historical importance and there is also a Friday and Saturday market in the square, as well as several good restaurants in the area.

We are ideally placed for Rolls Royce in Hucknall, which is 5 minutes' drive from here and the Sherwood Business Park, around 10 minutes'drive.
