Welcome to your home away from home! Comfortable, furnished 1 bedroom 1st floor flat located at the western end of Hove, close to Portslade station. 

Well suited to business travellers, workers on secondment, visiting students, researchers etc looking for short/medium term accomodation.

Ideally looking for a tenancy of a between 2 and 4 months, but happy to discuss your requirements.

This is my own home hence I'm looking for a respectful and tidy guest that will care for it as their own.

• Good-sized double bedroom with a very comfortable king-size bed and feather duvet
• Compact but sparkly-clean shower room
• Well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas hob and electric oven

• Gas central heating with radiators in each room
• Access to all kitchen utensils, crockery, spare sheets, towels etc.
• Monitors (two) to connect a laptop to, or watch a movie on
  
• Bike storage inside the property

Convenient location, minutes away from:

• Supermarket (Tesco Metro)
• International food stores with great fresh produce
• Artisan coffee shops and other regular cafes
• Restaurants and takeaways (Persian, Italian, SE Asian, Japanese, Indian, Greek as well as the usual fish and chips)
• Micro-pub (literally next door) and other pubs nearby
• Post office

Opposite is a bus-stop with very frequent services that take you direct to Brighton town centre, Brighton station, the hospital and easy connections to all other parts of the city, including Brighton and Sussex University. 

Portslade station is 5 minutes walk away, with direct services to Brighton, Gatwick Airport and London Victoria.

You can reach the sea-front in a 5 minute walk, where you'll find our pebbled beach and go swimming (if you like the cold water!). Hove lagoon offers water sports and Boulder Brighton is 5 mins away if you fancy trying some indoor climbing.

Be aware that this is a lived-in (but tidy) home with my things here but we can discuss your requirements for storage space etc.
