This one-bedroom flat is in one of the best locations in Hove, being on the Kingsway (seafront) just West of Grand Avenue. The property is on the lower ground level so is away from the traffic noise and the madding crowds, although being critical it doesn't have a view and can be a little dark.

It was refurbished to a high standard less than 10 years ago, and both sets of tenants since then have kept in immaculately. The area is quite small but the last tenants lived there as a couple very happily for 4 years or so, so that can work. However, the property would suit a single person perfectly. It could come with a wall-hung 55" TV, sofa and bed frame (but not the mattress) if required.

Our next tenant(s) will be responsible and respectful, and mindful of the very nice neighbours in the building, and be employed (or retired) and able to afford the rent. As you can imagine, the service charges (that we pay) are high so please be sure that you are in the position to take on a tenancy here.

Minimum term is 6 months. Deposit will be 1 month's rent (£1200) and no tenant fees will be charged. We are professional Landlords and would manage your tenancy ourselves.
