hi all, sorry if it seems as if we've been ignoring people it's just we've had so many enquiries to deal with and with us both working we haven't had much time.

as it stands the property is still occupied until the 25th of February by the current lady.
Hence we think the property won't be ready until 1st of March.
we will from 25th February have to do a bit of decorating. the bedrooms which have been decorated by the current occupier may/may not be to everyone's taste as the main bedroom has been decorated in dark colours (black/red) the middle bedroom still stands a neutral off-white, and the small bedroom has been decorated with purple and pink wallpaper.
we obviously may have to strip the rooms first!
