You will be having a private bathroom and toilet. Room will have a bed, a wardrobe, 2 bedside drawer, an arm chair, a work desk & chair and coat stand.

The entire house, living room, garden will be shared between you and the landlord.

There is mini gym and a treadmill to use.

I am the live-in landlord. I have a pet dog, a cockerpoo. He stays downstairs and only barks if someone is at the door. He had a slipped disc surgery last year and needs to be looked after to make sure he doesn't get too excited. Though he is friendly and playful.

I intend to share the house with 1 more person.

Parking available on drive way. Horsham station is 2.2 miles away, Tesco extra and Broadbridge Heath leisure centre are 5 mins walk. Co-op about 5 mins walk.
