Hi my name is Gabriel & I'm looking for a housemate in my newly refurbished house. I'm friendly, respectful & I enjoy travelling, cooking & socialising.

I have one other housemate already but the house is spacious so we shouldn't get in each others way.

I have a double room available for move in immediately. The rent is £700 per month. The room has a desk & chair in case so it's great if you're working from home. The bills are included in the monthly rent so you don't have to worry about setting up WiFi or paying for energy.

We have a shared bathroom on the first floor that we keep clean and tidy. The dining room is also available for you to use. One of the best parts about the house is the large garden; great for BBQ's and chilling with friends.

I have a driveway with one parking space available but there are several spots for on street parking close-by.
