Landing and Storage

As you walk in to our Flat you are welcomed by a massive custom made double sliding door hiding extensive wardrobe with hangers and shelving to accomodate most challenging scenarios - I can comfortably say this flat offers same or more storage as an average loft.

On top of that we also have a separate cabinet offering another storage space. We also have a bespoke shoe cabinet with extra shelving for convenience.



Fully Equipped Kitchen / Diner / Living Room

Our high end kitchen offers ample storage and quality features such as designer composite sink, induction hob and custom made plywood cabinets and wine rack.

Equipped with a good size fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and NutriBullet you can cook for yourself and your family without any issues.

The living room section offers a sofabed.



Clean Modern Bathrooms

Our Flat offers an en-suite with a double shower and a wall mount cabinet, as well as the main, family bathroom with a bathtub, washer/drier combo and a wall-mount cabinet.

It can accomodate most normal cars including SUVs.

For VAN parking please reach out and we will advise on an ad-hoc basis.

FAQs:


Do you offer an option to extend the stay?

We are aware we all have different circumstances so will be happy to discuss your situation and explore the options.

We do advise, however, to approach us well in advance to avoid any booking conflicts.



Are there any additional charges I should be aware of?

No - the baseline is as described and do not come with any hidden costs. We do not charge any admin fees as it's against the law since June 2019. 

We do, however, offer additional services such as increased cleaning frequency so if you wish to find out more - get in touch.



Is the hardware shown on photos available in the Flat at all times?

Our images represent a hypothetical rental arrangement to show how flexible we can be to accomodate our customer needs so there might be some differences between what you see on the images at the time of browsing and what we actually have in the Flat as a standard package. If you wish to find out about a specific items - let us know.



Can I work remotely from this location?

GSM Networks (3, EE, O2) offer good coverage in the area for mobile data and we also offer a great broadband package as part of the standard offering so there is nothing stopping you from remote work here.
As shown on the images we have built a bespoke "office" space in the main bedroom to accomodate such scenarios and be able to serve as many of our lovely customers as possible.



How can we arrange a viewing?

Very simply - just reach out to us and we can schedule in an in-person viewing or a remote video call to walk you through our property.

Moving forward we will also offer a video tour (currently work in progress).



Can you accomodate stays shorter than a month?

No, sorry. You are welcome to vacate the property and hand over the keys at any point before the end of the original agreed rental period but we are not in the position to offer any discounts as a result of this.



I'm not familiar with the area - can you advise where the nearest shops and pubs are?

We got it covered - you will find our "Enjoy Hinckley" pack listing all "strategic" spots, which might be important for you.

Like with anything else - if you have anything particular in mind please do reach out to discuss in more detail.



Do you offer your property for contractors and corporate bookings?

Yes, absolutely. As long as we can agree on the dates we are happy to work with companies as well as private clients.

Our high end offering can accomodate the C suite executives as well as demanding private clients looking to relocate and/or temporarily work from this location.



Are you offering any discounts?

It depends - if you wish to book a longer stay we can look into bringing you some extra value by throwing some add-ons.



I am a creative professional working remotely - can you offer any hardware or media equipment?

Not directly - as we are a property rental business, however we partnered up with a local creative business and can arrange some equipment via them.

How is your offering better than a hotel?

We all have different preferences when it comes to where we wish to spend our time.
