Quiet location close to hospital ( 20mins walk ), train/bus station and city centre. There is a bus stop located outside the house.

Short walk into city centre, and other amenities - Shops, great pubs etc

The property has a shared Kitchen/diner.

Patio and grassed lawn area to the rear with a shed for bike storage.

There is off road parking available (private drive) as well as permit parking available on the road. Only 2 off road parking spaces available, which are allocated when renting a room

Please note there is no smoking permitted inside! Smoking is only allowed outside the property!

Couples are not permitted due to licensing conditions. Room is for single occupancy only, no couples
