Lovely big double rooms for single occupancy by full time working professional in my home. All bills included. Use of kitchen, dining room, bathroom and garden. Good fast WiFi. Cleaner. Off street parking. Opposite park, close to local shops and less than 2 miles from town and train station. Bus stop close to house. No smokers or vapers, please. No Couples, no children, no pets. I am looking for a quiet, respectful lodger who is clean and considerate towards others and my home. Someone ideally looking for longer-term lodgings.
