I have double room available in two bedroom flat. I am live-in landlord and the apartment will shared with me.
The room as shown on the pictures is currently used as my study but once rent is agreed, all furniture will be removed and replaced by double sofabed, double wardrobe and other smaller furniture (e. g desk, shelves) as agreed with tenant.
Room comes with own bathroom as shown on the pictures (shower/bath), right outside the room.
I will be using En-suite in my bedroom.
The apartment is located near old town in Hemel Hampstead.
Although there is no additional parking in the development, there is free parking on the street right outside the flat (1 min walk).
Please note, the room is NOT available to couples.
