House & room (bed, desk and wardrobe) fully furnished. Some bills are included (water & communal cleaner) but not energy bills, broadband or council tax.

Plenty of kitchen storage space and all white good appliances (fridge, freezer, washing machine and boiler) are all new and purchased within last 2 years or so. There are two shared bathrooms in the house.

Decent sized garden, safe garage storage for bikes + one parking space. Cleaner comes twice a month too to do communal cleaning.

Property is on a quiet, safe and respectable street in Headington, 5 mins walk from JR Hospital, 15 mins from Brookes Uni and 15 mins walk to Headington shops. Not far away to major bus stops and road links.
