Room in a Shared Flat, Elm Grove, PO11

I have a 12 month old flat very shortly available, probably by early April. I am looking to share. I have available either a double room for a couple or a single room to share. I am interested in discussing options with prospective sharers and am open minded about possibilities. I am looking for someone who is keen to have the advantages of a modern home to live in who will share my concerns to keep it clean and in that nice condition and who wants to live on the tidy and peaceful side and who is generally self sufficient. A non smoking working professional with no animals would be a good summary and I prefer a longer let but as I say am keen to discuss options.

The flat is ground floor with access front and rear with off road parking for one car in a private courtyard to the rear. There is a supermarket and bus stop very close by and being centrally located in Hayling Island, the flat is most conveniently located for all of Hayling's varied amenities.The street view shown here shows this new building immediately next door to the fast food outlets with the advantages and disadvantages that might mean, dependant upon your point of view.

Being almost new the flat is modern with gas central heating, a relatively new kitchen and is decorated in white. The carpets are in a grey colour with suitably matching vinyl floor coverings to the kitchen, shower room and separate wc. There is no bath.
