We are moving to live closer to extended family, so are looking for a single household (e.g. a family, with children, if applicable) to rent our spacious four bedroom family home in the popular Hatfield Garden Village (and only 2 minutes walk from the highly sought after Green Lanes Primary School).
The property has been extended at the rear and into the loft, and benefits from fantastic ground floor living space, including 2 reception rooms, four bedrooms (one with en-suite), a family bathroom and off road parking. The garage has been converted and has velux windows, laminate flooring, power with several plug sockets, and can be used as an office, garden room, or for additional storage. A parade of local shops (including a convenience store, Chinese takeaway, vets, etc) and Hatfield Business Park are just a few minutes walk away, and it takes less than 10 minutes to cycle to the train station (with fast trains taking less than half an hour into central London), the Galleria shopping centre, Hatfield House, or the University campuses. 
St. Albans (a gorgeous Cathedral City) and Welwyn Garden City are less than 5 miles away (with great cycle paths, such as the Alban Way, and road links).
London Luton Airport is also less than 15 miles away. We will be managing the property directly and do not intend to obtain a HMO (house in multiple occupation) licence, therefore please do not apply if you are not a single household (e.g. students, friends or sub-letters).
